Help shape the future for disabled residents in Lewisham

The Lewisham Disabled People's Commission has launched a survey across the borough to identify barriers faced by disabled residents in Lewisham.

The Commission, set up and funded by Lewisham Council, is independent and user-led. It aims to put disabled people at the very heart of decision making.

Feedback from this survey will be used to put together focus groups, and a detailed report will go to the Mayor and Cabinet in the spring. This is an opportunity to really help shape policy for Lewisham residents.

The Commission is keen to hear views from a wide range of residents who are disabled, including those who have long-term chronic physical or mental health conditions, learning disabilities or are Deaf.
