Each quarter, we publish the patient experiences we collect to help identify trends in the quality of care across services over time. In this reporting period, we engaged with approximately 1,059 residents across the borough, gathering their feedback from hospitals, GP practices, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and various community settings.
