Each quarter, we publish the patient experiences we collect to help identify trends in the quality of care across services over time. In this reporting period, we engaged with approximately 1,495 residents across the borough, gathering their feedback from hospitals, GP practices, pharmacies, healthcare facilities, and various community settings.

In 2025-26, Healthwatch Lewisham continued championing the voice of local residents - ensuring your experiences drive real improvements in health and social care services. Despite internal transitions, including staff changes, we have published 16 impactful reports, held 214 engagement activities, and gathered insights from over 3,774 people.
