Woodlands Health Centre

Healthwatch Lewisham carried out an Enter and View visit to Woodlands Health Centre on 16 December 2025 to hear directly from patients and staff about their experiences of the GP practice. We spoke with six patients and 21 staff members, exploring areas including appointment access, communication, the care environment, treatment and prescriptions, and awareness of feedback and complaints processes.
Overall, patients and staff shared positive experiences of the practice, while also highlighting areas where improvements could further support access, communication and patient experience.
