Healthwatch Lewisham staff and Enter & View Authorised Representatives visited Ashleigh House Care Home in March 2026 to hear directly from residents, their families and staff about their experiences of the care and support provided. The visit gave us an opportunity to listen to their views, identify what is working well and highlight areas where improvements could be made.
