Local people’s views of GP practices in the borough were more positive during the last three months.

The majority of patients were happy with the treatment and advice they received at their surgeries. However, access to GP appointments remains a recurring issue across the borough.

Patient experiences of University Hospital Lewisham continue to be varied, with waiting times an issue that needs to be addressed. Communications between staff and patients was also found to be inconsistent.
