Lewisham Dementia Support Hub
From the 1st April 2023 the new provider commissioned to deliver the service will be Alzheimer’s Society.
The service will support people who have recently been diagnosed with dementia to manage their wellbeing, achieve their personal goals and connect with their local community which will include:
- Information and Advice
- Workshops, courses and groups
- Peer support groups and activities
