Small things, including acts of kindness, volunteering, being active, connecting with friends and pursuing a hobby can make a positive difference to our mental health and wellbeing. To take the #BeWellChallenge all you have to do is make time to do something that is good for your wellbeing and share it with others on social media.

- Help spread the word about the importance of good mental health and wellbeing.
The #BeWellChallenge and #FreeYourMind provide free online tools and information for people if they’re struggling with their mental health or want to take action to support good mental wellbeing. The #FreeYourMind website includes a range of resources such as self-help guides and links to organisations and services that offer help and advice on mental health.
