CQC report: Care Outlook (Forest Hill)

In March, Healthwatch Lewisham staff and Enter & View Authorised Representatives visited Community Health and Eyecare Limited (CHEC) New Cross. The visit gave us the opportunity to hear directly from patients and staff about their experiences of the service, highlight what is working well and identify areas for improvement.
