Resident Doctors to Begin Five-Day Strike from Friday, 14 November
Doctors are set to go on a five-day strike from Friday, 14 November, likely adding to pressures on hospitals across south east London.
Resident doctors will be on strike from Friday 14 November to Wednesday 19 November.
During this time, hospitals across south east London are expected to be busier than usual.
If you need medical help during this period:
- Visit your local pharmacy for expert advice and over-the-counter medicines.
- Call 999 or go to your nearest A&E if you have a life-threatening emergency or serious injury.
- Use NHS 111 online if you can’t contact your GP.
- For mental health emergencies, visit NHS 111 online or call 111 by dialling 111 if you don’t have internet access.
